Zaheera Mukadam
I’m Zaheera, an inclusive cultures consultant with a background in psychology and over 20 years' experience spanning the full HR lifecycle. I help leaders move inclusion from good intentions to everyday action.
I bring both professional and lived experience. Two psychology degrees mean I understand behaviour and bias. Two decades in HR, L&D, and leadership roles across sectors mean I know how inclusion shows up in real working lives, from recruitment and employee relations to internal comms and wellbeing.
I’ve partnered with organisations of all shapes and sizes, and chair the board of an award-winning women’s refuge. I’m not here to preach or sugar-coat. I bring practical tools, honest challenge, and a sense of perspective.
As a South Asian, Muslim, British woman and carer to two siblings with complex needs, I’ve experienced systems that weren’t built with people like me in mind. That perspective shapes how I work; helping you see what you might have missed.
Inclusion isn’t a one-off. It’s culture, leadership, and everyday decisions. And I’m here to help you get it right.
